摘要 摘要 I I 摘 要 随着我国经济持续稳定发展、物质文化生活水平不断提高，电能供需的矛盾 不断凸显，其主要原因是电网发展滞后，而高压送电线路的建设可以充分缓解这 种主要矛盾，并且直接决定了电能调配以及输送的成败与否。在送电线路建设工 程中，路径走向的优劣,将直接影响送电线路是否可以安全运行以及项目投资的 多少，故而线路方案的路径选择是送电线路规划中最为基本也是最为重要的设计 条件。 本文首先介绍了送电线路优选的背景及意义，调查了国内外的研究现状，收 集整理包头至呼市 500KV 输变电项目送电线路路径选择相关的材料与数据，并 对其进行系统的分析，以作为本文的研究对象。针对具体状况，具体构建包头北 至呼市东 500KV 送电线路路径选择的指标体系，选择研究送电线路优化的方法， 即基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价，并建立模糊综合评价模型。深入研究评价模 型，且加以实证分析，并对综合评价的结果进行归纳总结。最后，得出送电线路 路径选择的最优方案，并从交通条件、对环境的影响等多个方面分析整理其优点 和不足点。 本文研究送电线路路径选择的评价体系，总结出相对最优的送电线路，可以 大幅度降低送电线路工程的总体造价，并且提高电网的供电能力，确保送电线路 在实际输电过程中的安全运行，同时在节约土地资源和改善生态环境方面也起到 了积极的作用。 关键字：送电线路路径选择；层次分析法；模糊综合评价 II II Abstract With Chinas sustainable economic development, improving continuously the material and cultural life of the contradiction of supply and demand, electricity, unceasingly highlighting, The main reason is power grid development lags behind, and the construction of high voltage transmission lines can make full ease this main contradictions, and directly determine the success or failure of power allocation and conveying or not.
