舒适护理在血液透析护理中应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的 研究舒适护理在血液透析护理中的应用价值。方法 120例行血液透析治疗的患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 各60例。对照组给予常规护理， 观察组在对照组基础上加用舒适护理。护理干预后， 比较两组患者治疗前后焦虑、抑郁评分及护理满意度。结果 干预前， 观察组焦虑、抑郁评分分别为（60.34±3.14）、（59.36±3.34）分， 对照组焦虑、抑郁评分分别为（60.20±3.30）、（59.06±3.40）分， 两组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。干预后， 观察组焦虑、抑郁评分分别为（35.15±1.34）、（36.54±1.06）分， 低于对照组的（49.34±2.47）、（48.42±1.24）分， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组护理满意度为96.67%， 对照组护理满意度为80.00%；观察组护理满意度高于?φ兆椋? 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在行血液透析治疗中加用舒适护理具有显著效果， 可改善患者负性心理， 提高满意度， 值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 舒适护理；血液透析；焦虑、抑郁评分 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2018.05.080 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of comfortable nursing in the nursing of hemodialysis. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing， and the observation received comfort nursing on the basis of the control group. After nursing intervention， comparison were made on anxiety and depression score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results Before intervention， the observation group had anxiety and depression score respectively as （60.34±3.14） and （59.36±3.34） points， which were （60.20±3.30） and （59.06±3.40） points in the control group， and their difference was not statistically significant （P0.05）. After intervention， the observation group had anxiety and depression score respectively as （35.15±1.34） and （36.54±1.06） points， which were all lower than （49.34±2.47） and （48.42±1.24） points in the control group， and their difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The observation group had nursing satisfaction as 96.67%， which was 80.00% in the control group.
