舒适护理在降低老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛及提高生活质量中作用 　　[摘要]目的 研究舒适护理在降低老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后患者疼痛及提高生活质量中的作用。方法 选取2016年3月～2017年3月我院收治的90例老年腰椎压缩性骨折，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。所有患者均行手术治疗，术后观察组患者行舒适护理，对照组患者行传统基础护理。比较两组患者的VAS评分、Barthel指数评分。结果 两组患者术前VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），术后观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组（P0.05），术后6个月观察组Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组（P0.05）。结论 在老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后，采用舒适护理可以明显减轻患者疼痛且提高生活质量，值得在临床推广。 　　[关键词]舒适护理；腰椎压缩性骨折；疼痛；生活质量；VAS、Barthel指数 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）1（c）-0192-03 　　Effect of comfort nursing on reducing pain and improving quality of life in postoperative patients with lumbar spinal compression fracture 　　LIUChun-lian KEJin-ping ZHUMin-ling 　　The First Area of Department of Orthopedics，People′s Hospital of Wuchuan City of Zhanjiang City in Guangdong Province，Wuchuan 524500，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of comfort nursing on the pain and quality of life of patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods 90 cases of compression fracture of the aged lumbar spine were selected in our hospital From March 2016 to March 2017.The random number method was used to divide into control group and observation group，with 45 cases in each group.All patients were treated with surgical treatment.The patients in the observation group were given comfortable nursing care，and the control group was treated with traditional basic nursing.The VAS score and Barthel index score of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the preoperative VAS score between the two groups （P0.05）， and the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P0.05）.The Barthel index score of the observation group in six months was significantly higher than that of the control group （P0.05）.Conclusion In the elderly patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures，the use of comfort nursing can significantly reduce the pain and improve the quality of life，it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　[Key words]Comfort nursing；L
