胰岛素泵强化治疗在2型糖尿病患者中临床效果及对血糖波动影响 　　[摘要]目的 综合分析胰岛素泵强化治疗在2型糖尿病患者中的临床效果及对血糖波动的影响。方法 选取2015年7月～2017年7月我院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序随机分为实验组（应用短期胰岛素泵强化治疗）与对照组（应用常规皮下注射胰岛素治疗），每组各40例。分析两组患者治疗前后的血糖标准差、平均血糖波动幅度以及糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数、血糖达标时间以及达标时的胰岛素剂量。结果 治疗前，两组患者的血糖标准差、平均血糖波动幅度比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后，实验组患者的血糖标准差、平均血糖波动幅度显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组患者血糖达标时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组患者达标时胰岛素剂量显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；实验组患者的糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 胰岛素泵强化治疗在2型糖尿病患者中的临床效果显著。 　　[关键?~]胰岛素泵强化治疗；2型糖尿病患者；临床效果；血糖波动 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0041-03 　　Clinical effect of Insulin pump as an intensive therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on blood glucose fluctuation 　　WEI Shu-xiang FANG Yong-hong LU Jie-can 　　Department of Endocrinology，Tongjiang Hospital of Foshan City in Guangdong Province，Foshan 528300，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To comprehensively analyze the clinical effect of intensive Insulin pump therapy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its influence on blood glucose fluctuation.Methods A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the subjects，and randomly divided into experimental group （short-term intensive Insulin pump therapy） and control group （routine subcutaneous injection of Insulin），40 cases in each group.The standard deviation of blood glucose before and after treatment，the average range of blood glucose fluctuation，the glycosylated hemoglobin，Insulin resistance index，the time of blood glucose reaching the standard，and the dose of Insulin on reaching the standard were analyzed.Results Before treatment，the standard deviation of blood glucose and average blood glucose fluctuation in the two groups were not statistically significant （P0.05）.After therapy，the standard deviation and the average range of blood glucose fluctuation were significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group，the difference was
