苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗继发性高血压实践与评估 　　[摘要] 目的 探究苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与硝苯地平治疗继发性高血压的效果。 方法 选取本院2015年12月～2016 年12月期间收治的继发性高血压患者100例，将其随机平均分为两组，每组各50例，一组为苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平组（B组）服用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平，另外一组为硝苯地平组（X组）口服硝苯地平。观察并记录患者的治疗前后收缩压、舒张压变化以及临床实际疗效。 结果 患者治疗后收缩压、舒张压明显低于治疗前，差异明显（P0.05）。两组比较治疗后总有效率，B组患者明显优于X组患者，差异明显（P0.05）。B?M患者的不良反应率明显低于X组患者，差异明显（P0.05）。 结论 在对继发性高血压进行治疗过程中，苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与硝苯地平均可起到一定的降压效果，但是苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的治疗效果相对较好，安全性更高，患者用药不良反应相对较少，临床应当推广应用。 　　[关键词] 苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平；硝苯地平；继发性高血压；舒张压 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）16-35-03 　　Practice and evaluation of amlodipine besylate in the treatment of secondary hypertension 　　CHEN Hongmei FU Yandao 　　Jiaoling Country People’s Hospital， Jiaoling 514100， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of amlodipine besylate in the treatment of secondary hypertension. Methods 100 patients of secondary hypertension cured in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two group with 50 cases in each. Patients in amlodipine besylate group （B group） were treated with amlodipine besylate， and patients in nifedipine group （X group） were treated with oral nifedipine. Changes of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were observed and recorded. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those before treatment （P0.05）. The total effective rate of the B group was better than that of the X group （P0.05）， and the difference was obvious （P0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of B group was lower than that of X group， the difference was obvious （P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of secondary hypertension， Both amlodipine besylate and nifedipine can play a certain antihypertensive effect. But the treatment effect of amlodipine besylate is relatively good， the safety is higher， the adverse reactions of patients are relatively small， and the clinical application should be popularized. 　　[Key words] Amlodipine be
