腹腔镜与传统开腹胆囊切除术对患者肝功能及免疫功能影响 　　[摘要] 目的 比较腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除术对患者肝功能及免疫功能的影响。 方法 回顾性分析2012年10月～2014年5月来我院就诊的胆囊良性病变患者125例，按照治疗方法分为两组，对照组62例采用OC治疗，观察组63例采用LC治疗，用统计学方法比较两组肝功能指标及免疫功能指标治疗前后的差值。 结果 （1）肝功能：观察组ALT、AST、TBIL及ALB水平治疗前后差值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。（2）免疫功能：观察组T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8治疗前后差值、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM治疗前后差值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术对患者肝功能及免疫功能的影响均较小，不影响胆囊良性病变患者治疗方式的选择。 　　[关键词] 肝功能；免疫功能；腹腔镜；开腹胆囊切除术 　　[中图分类号] R657.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）32-0022-03 　　Impact on liver function and immune function of laparoscopic and conventional open cholecystectomy 　　QU Tao 　　Department of NO.1 Surgery，Liaoning Province Donggang City Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital， Donggang 118300， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the impact on liver function and immune function of laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy. Methods All 125 cases with gallbladder benign lesions selected from October 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed， according to the treatment methods， all of them were divided into two groups， there were 62 cases in the control group， this group was treated with OC， there were 63 cases in the observation group， this group was treated with LC， the difference of liver function and immune function before and after treatment between the two groups were compared with statistical methods. Results （1） Liver function： The difference of ALT， AST， TBIL and ALB level before and after treatment of the observation group compared with the control group， the difference was not significant （P0.05）. （2） Immune function： T lymphocyte subsets CD3， CD4， CD8， CD4/CD8 difference between before and after treatment， immunoglobulin IgG， IgA， IgM difference between before and after treatment of the observation group compared with the control group， the difference was not significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy impact on liver function and immune function are small， does not affect the choice of treatment for benign gallbladder disease
