腹腔镜手术在妇科肿瘤治疗中临床应用价值探究 　　【摘要】 目的：探究腹腔镜手术在妇科肿瘤治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：将2016年1月-2017年6月本院收治的90例妇科肿瘤患者纳入研究，以数学领域的盲选法作为标准，将本组患者分为两组，每组各45例。对照组行传统开腹手术，观察组行腹腔镜手术，对比两组治疗效果。结果：在手术治愈率方面，观察组为100%，明显高于对照组的91.11%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组的术中出血量明显小于对照组，且手术时间、肛门首次排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.67%，明显低于对照组20.00%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗妇科肿瘤，微创高效，预后良好，术后康复快，能够有效清除病灶组织，因此值得在临床实践中推广应用。 　　【关键词】 腹腔镜手术； 妇科肿瘤； 治疗； 临床应用价值 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in gynecological tumor therapy.Method：From January 2016 to June 2017，90 patients with gynecological tumors were included in the study.The patients were divided into two groups according to the criteria of blind selection in the field of mathematics.Traditional laparotomy was performed in the control group（45 cases） and laparoscopic surgery（45 cases）.Result：The cure rate in the observation group was 100%，which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 91.11%，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The operative time，the first time of anal exhaust and the time of hospitalization were shorter than those in the control group，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.67%，which was significantly lower than that in the control group of 20.00%，the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery for gynecological tumors，minimally invasive and effective，good prognosis，quick recovery，effective removal of the lesion tissue，therefore deserves to be popularized and applied in clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Laparoscopic surgery； Gynecological tumor； Treatment； Clinical application value 　　First-author’s address：The Dangyang People’s Hospital，Dangyang 444100，China
