肠结核患者心理健康与社会支持状况调查分析 　　【摘要】 目的：调查肠结核患者心理健康状况与社会支持状况及其关系。方法：对48例肠结核患者及对照组使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行评定,结果采用t检验、相关分析进行统计分析。结果：同对照组相比，肠结核患者存在明显心理障碍，尤其以躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧等显著(P0.01)。肠结核患者的社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持和支持利用度明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)；心理健康评分与支持总分、支持利用度呈负相关(P0.05)。结论：肠结核患者心理健康问题严重,社会支持低,患者的心理健康与其社会支持状况密切相关。 　　【关键词】 肠结核；心理状况；社会支持 　　 　　A study of the psychological health and social factors in patients with intestinal tuberculosis 　　JIA Jia1 CHEN Tao2 ZHAO Kui1* SUN Ze-qun3 　　(1 Department of Gastroenterology, the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College, Zunyi 563003, Guizhou Province,China 2 Department of Neurology, The Affiliated Peoples Hospital of Hubei Medicial University, Shiyan 442000, China3 Department of Gastroenterology,The Affiliated Peoples Hospital of Hubei Medicial University, Shiyan 442000, China) 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological health and social support in patients with intestinal tuberculosis and it,s relationship. Methods Questionnaires of Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used in 48 patients with intestinal tuberculosis and 45 healthy volunteers. Statistical analyses were processed using t test and correlation analysis.Results Compared with control group,The factor-score of SCL-90 such as somatizationin,interpersonal sensitivity,depression，anxiety，phobia of the intestinal tuberculosis patients were significent higher (P0.01)．The subjective support and social support availability of social support evaluation scale among the intestinal tuberculosis patients was lower than the control group(P0.05，P0.01)．The results of SCL-90 and SSRS has a negitive relationship(P0.05).Conclusion There are serious psychological health problem and lower social support in patients with intestinal tuberculosis.
