腹部B超与阴道B超诊断妇产科急腹症诊断效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析腹部B超与阴道B超诊断妇产科急腹症的诊断效果。方法 2013年1月―2017年1月，方便选择来该院就诊患者为研究对象，单纯采用腹部B超声诊断妇产科急腹症188例，联合诊断145例，单纯阴道超声118例，回顾性分析，对比不同诊断方法的诊断符合率。结果 联合诊断异位妊娠、稽留流产、难免流产以及不全流产、子宫粘连、子宫肌瘤的符合率分别为95.12%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%高于单纯腹部超声26.32%、72.73%、42.85%、67.74%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。联合诊断符合率96.55%（140/145）高于单纯阴道超声82.20%%（97/118）、单纯腹部超声79.26%（149/188），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 联合单纯腹部超声在部分疾病诊断中能明显提高诊断的效用。 　　[关键词] 妇产科；急腹症；B超；腹部；阴道 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（b）-0196-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the diagnostic effect of abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen. Methods From January 2013 to January 2017， patients treated in this hospital were selected as the research objects， 188 cases only adopted abdominal B ultrasonic diagnosis for gynecological acute abdomen， 145 cases adopted the combined diagnosis， 118 cases only adopted transvaginal ultrasound， and they were retrospectively analyzed， and the diagnostic accuracy of different diagnostic methods were compared. Results The coincidence rate of the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy， missed abortion， inevitable abortion， incomplete abortion， uterine adhesions， uterine ifbroids were 95.12%， 100.00%， 100.00%， 100.00%， higher than that of abdominal ultrasound of 26.32%， 72.73%， 42.85%， 67.74%， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. The coincidence rate of combined diagnosis was 96.55% （140/145）， higher than that of simple transvaginal ultrasound 82.20% （97/118）， and simple abdominal ultrasound of 79.26% （149/188）， the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
