聚焦解决护理模式对先天性晶状体脱位患者生存质量与不适感影响研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探究及分析聚焦解决护理模式对先天性晶状体?位患者生存质量与不适感的影响程度。方法：选取2013年11月-2016年5月本院收治的54例先天性晶状体脱位患者为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组两组，对照组进行常规晶状体脱位护理，观察组采用聚焦解决护理模式进行干预，然后将两组患者护理前和护理后不同时间的生存质量、心理及机体不适感评估结果进行比较。结果：护理前两组患者的生存质量、心理及机体不适感评估结果比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05），而护理后不同时间观察组的生存质量、心理及机体不适感评估结果均好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：聚焦解决护理模式对先天性晶状体脱位患者生存质量与不适感的影响更为积极，因此其更为适用于先天性晶状体脱位患者。 　　【关键词】 聚焦解决护理模式； 先天性晶状体脱位； 生存质量； 不适感 　　Study on Influence of Solution-focused Nursing Mode for Life Quality and Discomfort of Patients with Congenital Dislocation of Lens/YUAN Fang-lan.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（35）：093-096 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and analyze the influence degree of solution-focused nursing mode for the life quality and discomfort of patients with congenital dislocation of lens.Method：A total of 54 patients with congenital dislocation of lens in our hospital from November 2013 to May 2016 were selected as the study objects，and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，the control group was taken care with conventional nursing of congenital dislocation of lens，the observation group was taken care with solution-focused nursing mode，then the life quality，psychological and body discomfort of two groups before the nursing and at different time after the nursing were compared.Result：The evaluation results of life quality，psychological and body discomfort of two groups before the nursing were compared，there were no significant differences（P0.05），while the evaluation results of life quality，psychological and body discomfort of the observation group at different time after the nursing were all better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of solution-focused nursing mode for the life quality and discomfort of patients with congenital dislocation of lens are more active，so it is more suitable for the patients with congenital dislocation of lens. 　　【Key
