胆管癌组织中存活素及MMP9表达相关性及临床意义 　　[摘要]目的研究存活素及MMP-9在胆管癌组织中的表达情况及其相关性,了解胆管癌组织中存活素及MMP-9表达的相关性及其与胆管癌浸润转移的关系,并讨论其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法(PV-9000)检测45例胆管癌组织中(34例浸润转移组,11例无浸润转移组)存活素和MMP-9的表达情况。结果有浸润转移的34例胆管癌标本中,存活素和MMP-9表达的阳性率分别为61.8%(21/34)和70.6%(24/34);无浸润转移的11例胆管癌标本中,存活素和MMP-9表达的阳性率分别为27.3%(3/11),和36.4%(4/11);存活素的表达与胆管癌浸润转移倾向呈正相关性(P0.05),MMP-9的表达与胆管癌及浸润转移倾向也呈正相关性(P0.01)。存活素与MMP-9的表达呈正相关性(P0.01)。结论存活素及MMP-9在胆管癌组织中的表达呈正相关性,并且二者与胆管癌浸润转移也均呈正相关性,它们可能共同参与了胆管癌的恶变与转移过程。对存活素和MMP-9的联合检测可能作为胆管癌诊断、预后及转移潜能判断的指标。 　　[关键词]胆管癌; 存活素; MMP-9; 浸润; 转移; 免疫组织化学 　　[中图分类号] R735.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)07-01-03 　　 　　Survivin and Matrix Metalloproteinase 9 in Cholangiocarcinoma:Expression Correlation and Clinical Significance 　　DU Xiao1 XUE Bingchuan2 AN Xin2 XU Guixiang1 　　1.Department of General Surgery,the First Clinical College of Shanxi Medical University,Taiyuan 030001,China;2.Department of General Surgery,the Third Clinical College of Shanxi Medical University,Taiyuan 030053,China 　　 　　[Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and correlation of survivin and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9) in cholangiocarci- noma,and evaluate their correlation with invasion and metastasis in cholangiocarcinoma.MethodsThe expression of survivin and MMP-9 was detected by immunohistochemistry(PV-9000) in 34 cases of cholangiocarcinoma with invasion and metastasis and 11 cases without invasion and metastasis.
