脑卒中偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗临床分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析脑卒中偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗的临床效果。方法：从2014年2月-2015年5月笔者所在医院接收的脑卒中偏瘫患者中随机抽取60例作为本文的研究对象，将其平均分为试验组和对照组，各30例。为对照组患者进行常规治疗，试验组患者在对照组患者的治疗基础上进行综合性康复治，对两组患者的治疗效果和并发症发生情况进行比较。结果：经过治疗，试验组患者的日常生活活动能力评分优良率为93.33%，并发症发生率为3.33%；对照组患者的日常生活活动能力评分优良率为70.00%，并发症发生率为23.33%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：脑卒中偏瘫患者综合性康复治疗的临床效果显著，可有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力，同时降低相关并发症发生，其治疗效果和安全性均十分突出，值得普及。 　　【?P键词】 脑卒中偏瘫患者； 综合性康复治疗； 临床分析 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.35.008 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）35-0017-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical practice of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for patients with cerebral apoplexy.Method：From February 2014 to May 2015，60 stroke patients with hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object of this paper，they were divided into the experimental group and the control group，30 cases in each group.The control group patients with conventional treatment，the experimental group patients with the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy based on the treatment of the control group，the effect and complications in two groups were compared.Result：In the treatment，the average daily activity rate of the patients in the experimental group was 93.33% and the complication rate was 3.33%，in the control group， the rate of daily activities was 70.00% and the complication rate was 23.33%，there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in patients with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia is significantly，which can effectively improve the ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia in daily life activities，at the same time reduce the possibility of related complications，its therapeutic effect and safety of all are very outstanding，worthy of popularization. 　　【Key words】 Stroke patients with hemiplegia； Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy； Clinical analysis 　　First-author’s address：The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University，Nan
