胸腔镜下手术治疗肺大疱破裂并发自发性气胸临床价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究讨论胸腔镜下手术治疗肺大疱疱破裂并发自发性气胸的临床治疗效果及价值所在。方法 选择2011年1月～2016年12月在我院住院治疗的肺大疱破裂并发自发性气胸患者154例作为本次实验的对象，将所选取的患者随机分为两组，即对照组和观察组，两组患者均为77例，对照组采用传统的开胸手术进行治疗，观察组对其采取胸腔镜手术进行治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果 采取胸腔镜手术治疗的患者，治疗效果显著，患者的手术时间、住院时间、住院费用、手术中的出血量、以及手术后拔管的时间均比对照组的要好，两组患者的各项指标比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于肺大疱破裂并发自发性气胸患者的治疗，采取胸腔镜下手术进行治疗，所取得的治疗效果显著，不但可以减少患者的住院时间，节约住院费用，从而减轻患者的经济压力，而且安全、有效、不会给患者造成较大的创伤，值得在临床治疗过程中应用。 　　[关键词] 胸腔镜下手术；肺大疱破裂；自发性气胸；治疗价值 　　[中图分类号] R655 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）20-202-04 　　Clinical value of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in treatment of pulmonary bulla rupture complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax 　　HUANG Chu LIAO Wuhua 　　Department of Thoracic Surgery，Xinyi People’s Hospital，Xinyi 525300，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and discuss the clinical effect and value of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in treatment of pulmonary bulla rupture complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 154 patients with pulmonary bulla rupture complicated with spontaneous pneumothorax from January 2011 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as the object.Thepatients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，77 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional thoracotomy，and the observation group was treated withvideo-assisted thoracoscopic surgery.The curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results The treatment of thoracoscopic surgery is effective.The operation time，the time of hospitalization，the cost of hospitalization，the amount of bleeding during operation，and the time of extubation were better in the observation group than that in the control group.The indexes of the two groups were statistically different（P0.05）.
