肺结核合并2型糖尿病临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的：探讨肺结核合并2型糖尿病的临床发病特点并寻找最佳治疗方法。方法：选择在我院住院的肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者108例（观察组）与同期住院的单纯肺结核患者108例（对照组）的临床资料、进行比较、分析。结果：观察组与对照组结核病灶≥2个肺野、出现空洞及痰涂片阳性方面有显著差异性（P0.01）；血糖控制良好的肺结核患者疗效高于血糖控制不良肺结核患者（P0.05）；对照组的治疗效果明显优于观察组（P0.05或P0.01）。结论：肺结核合并2型糖尿病，两病互相影响，互为因果，故两病应同时治疗。积极控制好血糖，是治疗肺结核合并2型糖尿病的关键。 　　[关键词] 肺结核 糖尿病 合并症 血糖控制 　　[中图分类号] R521；R587.1[文献标识码]Ａ [文章编号]1673-7210（2011）02（b）-032-02 　　Clinical analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with the type 2 diabetes 　　LI Hongzhi 　　(The Sixth Peoples Hospital of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, Zhengzhou 450005, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the clinical characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with type 2 diabetes and to find the best treatment. Methods: 108 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and type 2 diabetes were collected, as the observation group, at the same time 108 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were collected, as the control group, their data were compared and analyzed. Results: The observation group and control group ≥2 lung field tuberculosis, sputum smear-positive appeared empty, there were significant differences (P0.01); the good glycemic control in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,the efficacy was better than that of the patients with poor glycemic control (P0.05); in the control group, the efficay was better than that of the observation group (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion: For pulmonary tuberculosis with type 2 diabetes, two diseases influence each other, reinforce each other, so the two diseases should also be treated.
