艾滋病实验室网络体系建设在基层疾控中心中应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨艾滋病实验室网络体系建设在基层疾控中心中的应用效果。 方法 对本区2013～2014年的疾控中心艾滋病实验室进行网络体系建设，其中2010～2012年为实施前阶段，2013～2014年为实施后阶段。比较网络体系建设前后本区艾滋病实验室质量控制的相关内容以及艾滋病抗体初筛阳性、复核及确诊率。 结果 干预后的实验质控、相关文件资料、废弃物处理及消毒剂配制现场评分显著高于干预后，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。干预后的复核阳性率、确诊阳性率显著高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 建立有效的艾滋病实验室“筛查-复查-确诊”网络体系，对提高临床检测工作规范性、满足艾滋病检测工作需要、提高复核阳性率及确诊阳性率具有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 基层；疾控中心；艾滋病实验室；网络体系 　　[中图分类号] R197.38 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（c）-0124-03 　　[Anbstract] Objective To explore the application effect of the construction of AIDS laboratory network system in center for disease control and prevention at grass-roots level. Methods Network system construction of AIDS laboratory from 2013 to 2014 in our district was conducted，from 2010 to 2012 was selected as the pre-task stage，and from 2013 to 2014 was selected as the post-task stage.AIDS laboratory quality control related content in this district and positive，check，diagnosis rate of beginning of the AIDS antibody screening before and after network system construction was compared. Results The score of laboratory quality control，related documents，waste disposal and disinfectant preparation field after prevention was higher than that before prevention，with significant difference （P0.05）.The check positive rate and diagnose positive rate after prevention was higher than that before prevention，with significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Establishing effective AIDS laboratory screening-check-diagnose network system has great meaning for enhancing normative of clinical detection work，meeting the needs of the HIV testing work and increasing the check positive rate and diagnose positive rate. 　　[Key words] Grass-roots level；Center for disease control and prevention；AIDS laboratory；Network system 　　医疗健康与人的健康高度相关，因此是发展缓慢、高管制的行业。目前的政策虽然有放开的趋势，但是作为医改核心的医生多点执业政策、自由执业政策还没落实。移动互联网技术可以提高效率，但是尚无法颠覆整个医疗模式。目前，医疗的核心仍然是医生和患者之间面对面的医疗服务行为。未来，挂号网新的移动医疗开放平台“微医平台”将与微信、QQ打通，为医院和医生提供接口[1]。 　　艾滋病临床检测工作是一种具有一定职业危险性的特殊工种，其检测筛查实验室作为艾滋病防治过程
