脑卒中患者运动自我效能与神经功能缺损相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 了解脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度与运动自我效能的关系，探讨提高脑卒中病人身体功能的方法。 方法 2016年4～7月选取上海市闸北区彭浦社区卫生服务中心200例康复期脑卒中患者，运用脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分量表和运动自我效能感量表进行评价。 结果 脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度得分为（2.03±2.50）分，运动自我效能感得分为（34.74±21.02）分，临床神经功能缺损程度得分与运动自我效能感负相关（r=-0.311，P0.05）。 结论 脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度与运动自我效能感密切相关，神经功能缺损程度得分越高，运动自我效能感越低，提示可从提高患者运动自我效能感角度，提高身体功能，促进脑卒中患者的康复。 　　[关键词] 脑卒中；神经功能缺损；运动自我效能；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）07-178-03 　　Correlation study between exercise self-efficacy and neurological deficit of stroke patients 　　LI Yanyan1 YANG Chunqin2 TANG Fuqin1 ZHENG Xiuyun1 LI Meifen1 　　1.Taizhou Vocational and Technical College，Taizhou 318000，China；2.Shanghai Zhabei District Pengpu Community Health Service Center，Shanghai 200072，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the relationship between exercise self-efficacy and neurological deficit of stroke patients， and to explore the method to improve the body function of stroke patients. Methods 200 stroke patients in rehabilitation stage in Shanghai Zhabei District Pengpu Community Health Service Center from April to July of 2016 were selected.Clinical neurological impairment scale and exercise self-efficacy scale for stroke patients were used to evaluate. Results The score of clinical neurological impairment in stroke patients was （2.03±2.50）.The score of exercise self-efficacy was （34.74±21.02）.The clinical neurological deficit score was negatively correlated with exercise self-efficacy（r=-0.311，P0.05）.
