脑脊液降钙素原检测对颅脑疾病诊断价值研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨脑脊液降钙素原（PCT）及C-反应蛋白（CRP）检测对颅脑疾病的诊断价值。 方法 选择2011年8月～2015年6月入住我院的98例颅脑损伤患者作为研究组，另外选取同期于我院进行体检的健康者100例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫法（ELISA法）检测分析对照组与研究组的PCT、CRP水平，比较两组PCT与CRP水平；探讨颅脑损伤患者脑脊液PCT及CRP水平与患者的损伤程度及预后状况之间的相关性。 结果 研究组PCT与CRP测定水平均显著高于对照组（P0.01）；根据GCS评分方法，结合影像学检查手段，对研究组患者发病程度进行分级，探讨不同发病程度患者PCT、CRP的水平。结果显示PCT、CRP水平越高，颅脑损伤程度越严重，即颅脑损伤脑脊液中的PCT及CRP水平与发病程度呈正相关关系（P0.05）。 结论 PCT与CRP均对颅脑损伤具有一定的临床诊断价值，且随着病情的严重程度逐渐增大，PCT与CRP水平也逐渐增大。 　　[关键词] 颅脑损伤；脑脊液；降钙素原；C-反应蛋白；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R748 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）12-0120-03 　　Detection value of diagnosis of cerebrospinal fluid procalcitonin （PCT） and C-reactive protein （CRP） of brain diseases 　　SU Xianyu 　　Department of Clinical Laboratory， Zibo Mining Group Co.， LTD. Central Hospital， Zibo 255120， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of cerebrospinal fluid procalcitonin （PCT） and C- reactive protein（CRP） in brain diseases. Methods From August 2011 to June 2015 in our hospital， 98 cases of traumatic brain injury patients were selected as the study group， in addition to select medical examination at the same period of 100 healthy subjects as the control group. PCT and CRP levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） and were analyzed in the control group and study group， The correlation of PCT and CRP levels was observed. Results PCT and CRP levels of study group were significantly higher than the control group（P0.01）； According to GCS scores， combined with imaging methods， the disease severity of the study group was classified， the results showed that PCT， CRP level was higher， the brain injury was more serious， the PCT and CRP levels were positively correlated with traumatic brain injury in the cerebrospinal fluid and the incidence（P0.05）.
