脂氧素和乌司他丁对脓毒症内皮细胞Ang表达影响对比观察及作用机制研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨脂氧素和乌司他丁对脓毒症内皮细胞Ang表达的影响对比观察及作用机制。 方法 选取2016年1～12月我院收治的脓毒症患者60例，随机分为两组，对照组应用乌司他丁治疗，研究组应用脂氧素和乌司他丁治疗，对比两组患者的内皮细胞Ang表达情况。 结果 治疗前两组患者的Ang表达无明显差异（P0.05），治疗后研究组Ang-1表达显著高于对照组，Ang-2表达显著低于对照组（P0.05），治疗后研究组患者显著优于对照组（P0.05），治疗后研究组患者显著优于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 脓毒症患者应用脂氧素和乌司他丁治疗，能够降低内皮细胞Ang表达水平，改善患者的肾功能以及凝血功能相关指标，有利于改善患者预后及生活质量，临床上值得推广应用。 　　[关键词] 脂氧素；乌司他丁；脓毒症；内皮细胞Ang；作用机制 　　[中图分类号] R969 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）27-0019-04 　　Effects of lipoxin and ulinastatin on Ang expression in endothelial cells of sepsis and its mechanism 　　LI Liang JIANG Yongpo YANG Yingzi 　　Department of Emergency Medicine，Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province，Linhai 317000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of lipoxin and ulinastatin on Ang expression in endothelial cells of sepsis and its mechanism. Methods 60 patients with sepsis treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with ulinastatin. The study group was treated with lipoxin and ulinastatin. The Ang expression in endothelial cell between the two groups of patients was compared. Results There was no significant difference in Ang expression between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）. The expression of Ang-1 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment. And the expression of Ang-2 in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment（P0.05）. There was no significant difference in renal function between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）. After treatment， the renal function of the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P0.05）. After treatment， the coagulation function of the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion The application of lipoxin and ulinastatin in patients with sepsis can reduce the expression of angiotensin in endothelial cell
