胫骨平台骨折手术治疗中远期疗效评价 　　[摘要] 目的 观察与探究胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的中远期疗效。方法 方便选取2014年1月―2017年2月期间于该院就诊及治疗的60例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组，每组有30例患者，对对照组患者给予胫骨近端的解剖钢板内固定手术治疗，对观察组患者给予锁定钢板的内固定手术治疗，对比并分析两组患者的中远期疗效、并发症情况。 结果 观察组患者的治疗优良率（67.67%）与对照组患者（60.00%）相对比，组间差异无统计学意义（P0.05），观察组患者的膝关节内翻畸形、创伤性关节炎、关节僵硬等并发症总发生率（6.67%）与对照组患者（13.33%）相对比，组间差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对胫骨平台骨折患者给予胫骨近端的解剖钢板内固定手术治疗或锁定钢板的内固定手术治疗均具有较好的中远期疗效，需按照患者的实际情况选择合适的手术治疗方法。 　　[关键词] 胫骨平台骨折；手术；治疗；中远期疗效 　　[中图分类号] R736 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）08（c）-0083-03 　　Evaluation on Mid-long-term Curative Effect of Tibial Plateau Fracture Operative Treatment 　　ZHANG Guo-shun， LI Guo-jun， LI Jia-xin， JI Qi-rong 　　Department of Orthopedics， Xuyi Second People’s Hospital， Xuyi， Jiangsu Province， 211751 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe and study the mid-long-term curative effect of Tibial plateau fracture operative treatment. Methods 60 cases of patients with tibial plateau fracture treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2017 were conveniently selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the control group were treated with anatomical plate internal fixation of proximal tibia， while the observation group were treated with locking plate internal fixation， and the mid-long-term curative effect and occurrence of complications were compared and analyzed. Results The treatment excellent and good rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 67.67% and 60.00%， and the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）， and the differences in the total incidence rates of knee joint varum deformity， traumatic arthritis， arthroclisis between the observation group and the control group（6.67% vs 13.33%）（P0.05）. Conclusion The mid-long-term curative effect of anatomical plate internal fixation of proximal tibia and locking plate internal fixation is good， and we need to select the proper operation treatment method according to the practical conditions of patie
