胫骨平台骨折手术复位效果不佳原因分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究胫骨平台骨折手术复位效果不佳原因。方法 随机选取该院自2012年7月―2014年9月间收治的60例胫骨平台骨折手术修复复位不佳患者，对其采用资料回顾性分析，针对60例胫骨平台骨折患者复位效果不佳原因进行分析。结果 经过该院的研究，所选取的60例胫骨平台骨折患者出现修复效果不佳原因主要有与胫骨棘相连的关节面会出现塌陷、旋转，复位后出现中心凹陷，骨折块本身有压缩，且手术时未将压缩部分撬起，植骨不结实、碎骨块清除不干净，X线片段照射角度不佳，骨折端填塞植骨造成骨折分离移位等。其中由于复位之后出现中心凹陷因素8例，骨折块本身有压缩6例，手术时未将压缩部分撬起6例，植骨不结实8例，碎骨块清除不干净8例，X线片段照射角度不佳10例，骨折端填塞植骨造成骨折分离移位14例。 结论 针对胫骨骨折手术复位过程中需避免上述造成修复效果不佳因素，使得提升骨折手术复位水平。 　　[关键词] 胫骨平台骨折；复位效果；不佳；原因 　　[中图分类号] R687 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（a）-0066-02 　　Analysis of the Causes of Operation and Unsatisfactory Reduction of Tibial Plateau Fracture 　　SUN Feng 　　Heilongjiang Province agriculture and reclamation bureau general hospital bone surgical department，Harbin，Heilongjiang Province 150088 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the surgical reduction of tibial plateau fractures ineffective reasons.
