脂易消对NAFLD大鼠Visfatin蛋白表达影响 　　【摘要】 目的：观察脂易消对实验性NAFLD大鼠肝组织病理学及Visfatin蛋白表达的影响，探讨脂易消治疗NAFLD的作用机理。方法：采用高脂饮食制备NAFLD大鼠模型，选取60只大鼠，分低、中、高剂量脂易消治疗组、易善复阳性对照组、生理盐水阴性对照组、正常对照组，每组各10只。检测大鼠肝组织匀浆TC、TG水平；肝组织HE染色观察肝细胞脂肪变性、炎症活动程度；ELISA法检测大鼠肝组织Visfatin蛋白的表达水平。结果：脂易消各剂量治疗组大鼠肝组织匀浆TC、TG水平与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：脂易消能抑制肝脏细胞内TC、TG合成，改善肝细胞炎症活动度，减轻肝组织损伤，降低肝组织Visfatin蛋白表达水平，其疗效与易善复相似，其治疗NAFLD机理可能与脂易消降低肝组织Visfatin蛋白表达水平有关。 　　【关键词】 脂易消； 非酒精性脂肪性肝病； 大鼠； Visfatin 　　The Influence of Zhiyixiao on Visfatin Protein Expression of NAFLD Rats/ZHOU Yue-jun，CHEN Yu-cui.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（26）：018-021 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the influence of Zhiyixiao on experimental non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） rats liver tissue pathology and visfatin protein expression and investigate the mechanism of action of Zhiyixiao in the treatment of NAFLD.Method：High fat diet were prepared for NAFLD rat model.60 rats were divided into low， medium and high Zhiyixiao of treatment group，Yishanfu capsule in the positive control group，saline control group，normal control group，10 rats in each group.The rat liver tissue homogenate TC and TG level were detected；fatty degeneration of liver cells and the liver tissue inflammatory changes were microscopically observed by HE staining in all groups；the rat liver tissue visfatin levels were detected by ELISA.Result：The levels of TC and TG in the rats’ liver homogenate of treatment group compared with the model group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Zhiyixiao can inhibit the production of TC and TG in the liver cells，improve liver steatosis and liver tissue inflammatory diseases， improve liver tissue visfatin expression level and has similar efficacy with Yishanfu，the mechanism of NAFLD may be related to the expression of visfatin protein in liver tissue. 　　【Key words】 Zhiyixiao； Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease； Rat； Visfatin 　　First-author’s address：The Chinese Medicine University of Zhejiang，Hangzhou 310053，China
