西替利嗪片联合氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨西替利嗪片、氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合应用于过敏性鼻炎中的治疗效果。方法 选取2014年3月～2016年3月我院收治的过敏性鼻炎患者70例，分为研究组35例和对照组35例，对照组采用常规治疗，研究组予西替利嗪片、氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合治疗，对比分析两组的临床治疗总有效率、满意度、不良反应及患者出现喷嚏、鼻痒、流鼻涕情况。结果 研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率、满意度、不良反应发生率及患者出现喷嚏、鼻痒、流鼻涕情况均优于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 西替利嗪片、氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂联合治疗过敏性鼻炎能显著提高临床治疗效果及治疗满意度，有效减少不良反应发生率，有利于疾病尽早恢复，且提高患者的生活质量，值得临床广泛推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 西替利嗪片；联合；氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂；过敏性鼻炎 　　[中图分类号] R765.21 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）07-0095-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the curative effect of cetirizine tablets and azelastine nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 70 patients with allergic rhinitis from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the study group 35 cases and the control group 35 cases. Among them， the control group was given conventional drug therapy，the study group was treated with cetirizine tablets combined with azelastine nasal spray. The overall efficiency of clinical treatment， satisfaction degree of clinical treatment， the incidence rate of adverse reactions after treatment and the incidences of sneezing， nasal itching and unny nose were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The overall effective rate of clinical treatment， satisfaction degree of clinical treatment， the incidence rates of adverse reactions after treatment and the incidence of sneezing， nasal itching and runny nose were better than those in the control group，there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion The combined treatment of cetirizine tablets and azelastine nasal spray in the patients with allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect and improve the clinical treatment satisfaction， and effectively reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions， which helps patients to recover soon， improve the quality of life， and is worthy of wide popularization and application clinically. 　　[Key words] Cetirizine tablets； Combined； Azelastine na
