规范化优质护理在声带息肉摘除术中应用 　　[摘要]目的 探讨规范化优质护理和常规护理模式在声带息肉摘除术中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年10月～2017年1月在我院就诊并行声带息肉摘除术的300例患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组150例、研究组150例。对照组患者予常规护理，观察组患者予规范化优质护理。对比两组患者的睡眠情况、生活质量、对护理工作的满意程度及术后3个月声带恢复情况。结果 护理后，两组患者睡眠情况及生活质量评分均低于护理前，观察组患者睡眠情况及生活质量评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者对护理工作的满意度（98.00%）高于对照组（76.00%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。术后3个月随访，观察组患者声带恢复情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在声带息肉摘除术中采用规范化优质护理，能显著提高患者睡眠质量，提高患者生活质量及对护理工作的满意程度，术后3个月声带恢复良好，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词]规范化优质护理；常规护理；声带息肉摘除术 　　[中图分类号] R473.76 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（b）-0182-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application of standardized quality nursing and routine nursing model in vocal cord polyp removal.Methods A total of 300 patients were randomly divided into control group （n=150） and study group （n=150）.The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.The patients in the observation group were given standardized quality nursing.The sleep status，quality of life，satisfaction with the nursing work and 3 months after the vocal cord recovery were compared of patients in the two groups.Results After treatment，the sleep status and quality of life of the two groups were better than those of before nursing，the sleep status and quality of life were lower in the observation group than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The satisfaction degree of the nursing staff in the observation group （98.00%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （76.00%），and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.After 3 months follow-up，the recovery of vocal cord in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion In the vocal cord polyp removal in the use of standardized quality care，can significantly improve the quality of sleep in patients with improved quality of life and satisfaction with the degree of care，3 months after the vocal recovery is good，w
