赫赛汀联合多西他赛在转移性乳腺癌患者治疗中应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探究赫赛汀联合多西他赛在转移性乳腺癌患者治疗中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2014年2月―2016年10月该院收治的转移性乳腺癌患者87例，采用双盲法分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者采用赫赛汀治疗，观察组患者采用赫赛汀联合多西他赛治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率72.73%与对照组44.19%相比明显较高（P0.05），毒性程度均为Ⅰ级与Ⅱ级；观察组患者心脏毒性发生率明显高于对照组（P0.05），且观察组毒性程度为Ⅰ级，对照组患者毒性程度Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级占比较高。结论 赫赛汀联合多西他赛治疗转移性乳腺癌患者可提高治疗效果与生活质量，降低心脏毒性。 　　[关键词] 赫赛汀；多西他赛；转移性乳腺癌 　　[中图分类号] R73；R97 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（c）-0139-03 　　Application Value of Herceptin and Docetaxel in Treatment of Patients with Metastatic Breast Cancer 　　YANG Ya， KONG Fan-hua， KONG Qing-li， SHAN Chang-ping 　　Department of Medical Oncology， Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College， Jining， Shandong Province， 272000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application value of herceptin and docetaxel in treatment of patients with metastatic breast cancer. Methods 87 cases of patients with metastatic breast cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to October 2016 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the double blind method， the control group were treated with herceptin， while the observation group were treated with herceptin and docetaxel， and the clinical curative effect， quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（72.73% vs 44.19%）（P0.05）， and the toxic degree was level Ⅰ and level Ⅱ， and the incidence rate of cardio toxicity in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P0.05）， and the toxic degree in the observation group was level Ⅰ， and the toxic degree in the control group was level Ⅱ and level Ⅲ.
