超声引导下经直肠10～12针前列腺穿刺活检术诊断前列腺癌临床分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨超声引导下经直肠10～12针前列腺穿刺活检术诊断前列腺癌的临床效果。方法 选择2015年10月～2017年10月我院收治的120例高度疑似前列腺癌患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为两组，每组60例。对照组患者行传统的超声引导下经直肠6针前列腺穿刺活检术，试验组行超声引导下经直肠10～12针前列腺穿刺活检术。比较两组患者前列腺癌阳性检出率，并记录两组术后患者并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者取材成功率为100%，试验组前列腺癌阳性检出率为45.00%（27/60）与对照组的20.00%（12/60）比较较高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用超声引导下经直肠10～12针前列腺穿刺活穿刺活检术对前列腺癌检查，能提高临床确诊率，且不会增加穿刺后并发症发生率，安全可靠，可将其应用于前列腺癌的筛查中。 　　[关键词]前列腺癌；超声；穿刺活检 　　[中图分类号] R737.25 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）3（a）-0078-03 　　Clinical analysis of ultrasound-guided transretal prostatic biopsy with 10-12 cores in diagnosis of prostate cancer 　　ZHOU Li1 ZHANG Kai-zhong1 YE Guang-meng2 　　1.The First Department of Urology，Maoming People′s Hospital，Guangdong Province，Maoming 525000，China；2.B Ultrasonic Room，Maoming People′s Hospital，Guangdong Province，Maoming 525000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effects of ultrasound-guided transretal prostatic biopsy （TPB） with 10-12 cores in diagnosis of prostate cancer.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of highly-suspected prostate cancer from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected，and they were divided into two groups by random number table，60 cases in each group.The control group was given ultrasound-guided TPB with 6-cores，while the experimental group was given ultrasound-guided TPB with 10-12 cores.The positive detection rate of prostate cancer by two detection methods were compared between the two groups.The postoperative complications of two groups were recorded.Results The success rate of biopsy in two groups were 100.00%，the positive detection rate of prostate cancer in experimental group was 45.00%（27/60），which was higher than 20.00%（12/60）of control group （P0.05）.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided TPB with 10-12 cores in detection of prostate cancer can increase clinical diagnosis rate and not add the incidence of complications after biopsy，and it is safe and reliable，which can be applied in screening of prostate cancer. 　　[Key words]Pros
