重型肝炎患者简易应对方式调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解重型肝炎患者简易应对方式及影响因素，探讨相应的干预措施。 方法 选取83例重型肝炎患者作为观察组，83例正常人群作为对照组，给两组调查对象发放简易应对方式自评量表，对调查结果进行分析。 结果 两组的积极、消极应对方式评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。农民的积极应对方式评分为（1.09±0.47）分，低于其他职业的（1.39±0.41）分；消极应对方式评分为（2.16±0.31）分，高于其他职业的（1.69±0.47）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。高中及以下学历患者的积极应对方式评分为（1.13±0.41）分，低于中专及以上学历患者的（1.55±0.38）分；消极应对方式评分为（2.06±0.38）分，高于中专及以上学历患者的（1.50±0.47）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。 结论 重型肝炎患者主要应用消极应对方式，尤其以农民、高中及以下学历患者最为明显，在重型肝炎患者住院期间，医护人员应实施相应的干预措施，以提高其应用积极应对方式，改善其不良心理状况，提高其生存质量。 　　[关键词] 重型肝炎；应对方式；调查分析 　　[中图分类号] R512.6[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（a）-0154-03 　　 　　The investigation and analysis on simple coping style of patients with severe hepatitis 　　ZHONG Li-mei QIN Xue-ying 　　Department of Infection,Affliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities in The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Baise 533000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To understand the coping style and influencing factors of patients with severe hepatitis and discuss relevant intervention measure.
