针药结合治疗肝硬化腹水135例临床观察 　　摘要：目的 观察温针灸联合常规西药治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法 135例肝硬化腹水患者，随机分为三组，温针灸组、中药组、对照组各45例。温针灸组采用在常规西药治疗基础上联合温针灸治疗；中药组采用在常规西药治疗基础上联合真武汤治疗；对照组采用西药保肝、利尿、降低门脉压、补充白蛋白的方法治疗。结果 温针灸组与中药组腹水消退有效率，降低复发率高于对照组；温针灸组住院治疗周期较短高于对照组。结论 温针灸组与中药组治疗肝硬化腹水疗效相当。但温针灸组治疗肝硬化腹水有效，住院治疗周期较短，易行，供临床借鉴。 　　关键词：肝硬化腹水；温针灸；真武汤；助阳利水 　　Clinical Observation of 135 Cases of Cirrhosis Ascites Treated with Acupuncture and Medicine 　　DU Xiao-dong1，2 　　（1.Second Peoples Hospital of Tianjin City，Tianjin 300192，China；2.Tianjin Institute of Liver Diseases，Tianjin 300192，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine in treating cirrhosis ascites.Methods 135 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites were randomly divided into three groups，warming acupuncture group，traditional Chinese medicine group and control group with 45 cases in each group.Warm acupuncture group used in the conventional western medicine treatment on the basis of combined with warm acupuncture treatment，traditional Chinese medicine group uses in on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment and Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment；the patients in control group were treated with western medicine hepatoprotective，diuretic，reducing portal pressure，albumin treatment.Results The warming acupuncture group and the Chinese medicine group were effective in reducing the ascites，and the recurrence rate was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Warming acupuncture group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis ascites curative effect is quite.But warm acupuncture group is effective in treating cirrhosis ascites，and the treatment period is short，and is feasible for clinical use. 　　Key words：Liver cirrhosis；Acupuncture and moxibustion；Zhenwu Decoction；Yang Li water 　　肝硬化腹水是肝硬化由代偿期转为失代偿期的一个重要标志，是肝硬化失代偿期最常见的体征之一。本观察是在常规西药治疗基础上联合温针灸、真武汤加减方治疗肝硬化腹水，达到健脾温肾，助阳利水的目的，现总结报告如下： 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 2011年8月～2014年3月为我院肝病科，肝炎后肝硬化住院患者135例，随机分为三组：温针灸组45例，
