难治性功能失调性子宫出血给予宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨难治性功能失调性子宫出血给予宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术的临床观察。方法：2012年6月-2014年6月，采用宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术（TCRE）治疗反复药物治疗无效的功血63例，术前诊断性刮宫子宫内膜病理为单纯性增生38例，息肉样增生18例，腺瘤样增生7例。术后第1、3、6个月随访。结果：63例TCRE手术均顺利完成。无子宫穿孔、水中毒和盆腔脏器电损伤等并发症。均完成半年随访，闭经39例（61.9%），月经少量15例（23.8%），月经正常9例（14.3%）。术后6个月FSH、LH、E2、P值与术前比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：TCRE是治疗难治性功血的微创技术，具有安全有效、不影响卵巢内分泌功能等优点。 　　【关键词】 难治性功能失调性子宫出血； 宫腔镜； 子宫内膜电切术； 卵巢功能 　　Clinical Observation of Under Hysteroscopy Endometrial Electricity Cut Method in the Treatment of Refractory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding/LU Qi-zhi.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（08）：137-139 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study clinical observation of hysteroscopy following intrauterine membrane cutting treatment intractable dysfunctional uterine bleeding （DUB） function.Method：From June 2012 to June 2014， hysteroscopic transcervical resection of endometrium （transcervical resection of endometrium， TCRE） treatment was repeated drug treatment of bleeding in 63 cases， preoperative diagnostic curettage of endometrium pathology for 38 cases of simple hyperplasia， 18 cases of polypoid hyperplasia， gland tumor like hyperplasia in 7 cases.
