集束化护理在癌痛规范化治疗中应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨集束化护理在癌痛规范化治疗中对癌痛患者疼痛强度和疼痛影响是否有明显的缓解。方法：将本科2013年6月-2014年3月收治的80例病理确诊为恶性肿瘤，存在癌性疼痛，并接受三级阶梯止痛药物镇痛治疗的患者随机分成对照组和试验组，每组40例。对照组按照规范的三级阶梯止痛原则进行护理，试验组采用集束化护理措施，包括：评估癌痛→实施镇痛→健康教育→观察与记录→定期随访。观察两组癌痛患者干预前后疼痛强度、疼痛影响及止痛药的不良反应。结果：护理干预后，两组在疼痛强度与疼痛影响方面评分均明显下降（P0.01），试验组下降程度较对照组更明显（P0.01）；试验组癌痛缓解率明显高于对照组（P0.01），且药物不良反应较低（P0.05）。结论：集束化护理措施能明显降低癌痛患者的疼痛程度和疼痛对生活质量的影响，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 集束化护理； 癌痛； 规范化治疗 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To approach the effective of bundles of care for patients with cancer pains， whether it could relieve the intensity of pain and the influence of cancer pains.Method：80 cases who were diagnosed malignant tumors pathologically， suffered from cancer pains and receiving three-step method analgesia， were divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly， each group had 40 cases. The control group received standardized treatment of three-step method analgesia， while the experimental group received standardized treatment of bundles of care which include the following steps：the assessment of cancer pains→the implement of analgesia→the health education→the observation and recorde→the following-up. The scores of pain intensity and the scores of the influence of cancer pains as well as the adverse drug reaction of analgesics of two groups were observed.Result：After nursing intervention， the scores of pain intensity and the scores of the influence of cancer pains were decreased more significantly than those before intervention （P0.01），but the scores in the experimental group were decreased more significantly than those in the control group（P0.01）； the relief rate of cancer pains in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group（P0.01）； the rate of the adverse drug reaction of analgesics in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The bundles of care intervention can decrease the cancer pains intensity and the influence of cancer pains on the life quality obviously，it is w
