阿仑膦酸钠片联合骨肽片治疗骨质疏松症伴疼痛临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究阿仑膦酸钠片联合骨肽片治疗骨质疏松症伴疼痛的临床效果。方法 整群选取2014年1月―2015年1月收治骨质疏松症伴疼痛患者110例，随机分为观察组（n=55）和对照组（n=55），对照组给予阿仑膦酸钠片口服治疗；观察组在此基础上加用骨肽片饭后口服，观察两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗后总有效率89.1%显著高于对照组74.5%（χ2=3.91，P0.05）。结论 阿仑膦酸钠片联合骨肽片治疗骨质疏松症伴疼痛疗效好，患者疼痛症状改善快，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 阿仑膦酸钠片；骨肽片；骨质疏松症；疼痛 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）10（b）-0120-02 　　Clinical Observation on Alendronate Sodium Tablets Combined with Ossotide Tablets in the Treatment of Osteoporosis with Pain 　　WU Yong-hua 　　Department of Endocrine and Diabetes， Puyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Puyang， Henan Province， 457000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of alendronate sodium tablets combined with ossotide tablets in the treatment of osteoporosis with pain. Methods 110 cases of patients having osteoporosis with pain admitted from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（55 cases） and the control group（n=55）. The control group was given alendronate sodium tablets for treatment while the observation group received oral administration of ossotide tablets after meal based on the treatment of the control group. The curative effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group， the total efficiency was 89.1% which was significantly higher than 74.5% of the control group （χ2=3.91， P0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of alendronate sodium tablets combined with ossotide tablets in the treatment of osteoporosis with pain is good with which the pain symptoms of patients are improved quickly， which is worthy to be popularized. 　　[Key words] Alendronate sodium tablets； Ossotide tablets； Osteoporosis； Pain 　　骨质疏松症是以单位体积内骨组织量减少为特点的代谢性骨病变。原发性骨质疏松症分为绝经后骨质疏松症、老年性骨质疏松症和特发性骨质疏松（包括青少年）[1]。临床上前两种最多见，我国50～60岁的妇女约30%患有绝经后骨质疏松症，60岁以上妇女患病率达30%～50%，老年男性骨质疏松症患病率约为20%～30%[2]。骨质疏松对人体最大的危害就是骨折和疼痛，该研究者整群抽选2014年2月―2015年1月该院收治的骨质疏松症患者110例，对骨折疏松症伴疼痛患者采用阿仑膦酸钠片联合骨肽片进行治疗，观察其临床疗效，现报道如下。 　　1
