阿托伐他汀对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者血脂尿酸水平影响研究 　　【摘要】目的 研究观察阿托伐他汀对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者的血脂、尿酸水平的临床影响。 　　方法 选择冠心病合并糖尿病患者56例随机分配原则将其分为两组（对照组和治疗组），各28例。给予对照组患者常规治疗，而治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用立普妥进行治疗，经过18周的治??后，观察分析两组的临床疗效。结果 比较两组患者的治疗结果发现，治疗组的尿酸水平低于对照组的尿酸水平，且治疗组的血脂水平恢复程度高于对照组，两组间尿酸水平和血脂水平的差异有统计学意义（P0.05）治疗组的总有效率为89.29%，对照组的总有效率为64.29%，治疗组的疗效优于对照组两组之间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并糖尿病可对控制冠心病合并糖尿病起到良好的作用，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　【关键词】冠心病；糖尿病；阿托伐他汀 　　【中图分类号】R541.4 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2017.31..02 　　The effect of atorvastatin on blood lipid and uric acid in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes 　　ZHANG Liang-fen 　　（Geriatric department of the forty-fourth Hospital of the PLA，Guizhou Guiyang 550009，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective To study the clinical effect of atorvastatin on blood lipids and uric acid in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.Methods 56 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus were randomly allocated into two groups （control group and treatment group），with 28 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment， while the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy was treated with Lipitor， after 18 weeks of treatment， observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results of treatment were compared between the two groups， the treatment group than in the control group the levels of uric acid and uric acid level， blood lipid level and the degree of recovery of treatment group was higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant between the two groups of uric acid and lipid levels （P0.05） treatment group， the total efficiency is 89.29%，control group total the efficiency was 64.29%， the efficacy of the treatment group than the control group， and P0.05， the difference was statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion Atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with diabetes can play a good role in the control of coronary heart
