钙敏感受体在非小细胞肺癌中表达及临床病理意义 　　[摘要] 目的 研究钙敏感受体（CaSR）和增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）中的表达及其意义。方法 收集齐齐哈尔市第一医院胸外科2012～2013年手术标本，采用免疫组化法检测112例NSCLC组织及33例NSCLC癌旁组织中CaSR、PCNA的表达情况。 结果 CaSR和PCNA在NSCLC组织中的表达（86.36%、84.82%）明显高于癌旁组织（15.15%、24.24%），差异均有统计学意义（P lt; 0.05）。CaSR与PCNA的表达水平与TNM分期、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化及有无淋巴结转移有关（P lt; 0.05或P lt; 0.01），与年龄、性别和肿瘤分型无关（P gt; 0.05）。在NSCLC组织中CaSR与PCNA的表达呈正相关（r = 0.401，P lt; 0.01）。 结论 CaSR和PCNA在NSCLC组织中的表达异常增高，并且具有较好的相关性，CaSR可能参与肺癌的增殖与分化，促进肺癌的发生发展。 　　[关键词] 非小细胞肺癌;钙敏感受体;增殖细胞核抗原;免疫组织化学 　　[中图分类号] R734.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2015）01（a）-0027-04 　　Expression and clinicopathologic significance of calcium sensing receptor in non-small cell lung cancer 　　CUI Kailin1 WU Bingxia1 LI Bo1 WU Shuqin2 MIAO Hongzhi3 LI Guangwei1 　　1.Department of Pathophysiology， Qiaihar Medical University， Heilongjiang Province， Qiqihar 161006， China; 2.Department of Physiology， Qiaihar Medical University， Heilongjiang Province， Qiqihar 161006， China; 3.Department of Thoracic Surgery， the First Hospital of Qiqihar， Heilongjiang Province， Qiqihar 161005， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of calcium sensing receptor （CaSR） and proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） in non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. The expression of CaSR and PCNA were detected in 112 paraffin-embedded NSCLC tissues and 33 adjacent normal lung tissues （control group） using immunohistochemistry. Results The expression levels of CaSR and PCNA （86.36%， 84.82%） were distinctly higher in NSCLC than those in the control group （15.15%， 24.24%）， the differences were statistically significant （P lt; 0.05）. The expression of CaSR and PCNA in NSCLC were significantly correlated with tumor differentiation， TNM stage， tumor size and lymph node metastasis （P lt; 0.05 or P lt; 0.01） and not correlated with age
