鞍山孕产妇死亡原因分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析鞍山市2006～2012年共7年间发生的32例孕产妇死亡的原因，以为降低全市孕产妇死亡率制订干预措施，为相关部门制订政策方案提供可靠依据。 方法 采用回顾性调查分析法，对32例孕产妇死亡情况逐例整理分析。 结果 2006～2012年活产数为186 061例，孕产妇死亡32例，死亡率为17.19/10万，孕产妇死亡原因主要为心脏病、产科出血、肺炎及肺栓塞、妊娠高血压综合征、肝病、羊水栓塞和血液系统疾病。直接原因12例，间接原因20例。 结论 随着本市孕期保健水平和产科质量的发展与提高，由妊娠合并内科及其他疾病的比例逐渐升高，这就需要开展多学科的协作，加强三级网络的业务技术培训及畅通高危妊娠就医的绿色通道，提高急重症的转诊及抢救能力，是降低孕产妇死亡率的重要保障。 　　[关键词] 孕产妇死亡；原因；措施 　　[中图分类号] R714.69[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（c）-0153-04 　　 　　Analysis of the causes of maternal death in Anshan city from 2006 to 2012 　　ZHAI Hong-bo 　　Women and Children′s Health Care Centre of Anshan City in Liaoning Province,Anshan 114002,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the causes of 32 cases of maternal death in Anshan city in 7 years from 2006 to 2012,and to formulate intervention measures and provide reliable evidence for related department to initiate policies so as to reduce maternal mortality rate in Anshan. Methods 32 cases of maternal death were analyzed retrospectively and individually. Results 186 061 infants were born alive from 2006 to 2012,and 32 pregnant and lying-in women died,with the mortality rate of 17.19/100 000.The main causes of maternal death included heart diseases,obstetric bleeding,pneumonia and pulmonary embolism,pregnancy-induced hypertension,hepatopathy,amniotic fluid embolism and hematological diseases.12 cases were due to direct causes,and 20 cases were due to indirect causes. Conclusion With the development and improvement of the level of pregnancy care and quality of obstetrics,the proportion of pregnancy complicated with medical diseases and other diseases is gradually increasing.In order to reduce maternal mortality rate,multi-disciplinary cooperation should be carried out,technical training of three-stage network should be strengthened,green channels should be established for high risk pregnancy,and capability of treatment transfer and first aid for critical patients should be enhanced. 　　[Key words] Maternal death;Causes;
