预见性护理对成人急性阑尾炎切除术后并发症及生活质量影响 　　【关键词】 预见性护理;急性阑尾炎;并发症;生活质量 　　中图分类号：R574.610.47 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1003-1383.2018.01.024 　　Influence of predictive nursing on complications and life quality of adults after acute appendicitis 　　PI Feifei，ZHU Zhibang 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of predictive nursing on complications and life quality of adults after acute appendicitis. 　　Methods 124 adult patients with acute appendicitis were selected as study objects，and they were divided into predictive group and control group according to the order of admission，with 62 cases in each group.The control group were given only routine nursing intervention，and based on which the predictive group were given predictive nursing intervention.Then，basic conditions of perioperative period（operation time，intraoperative bleeding volume，postoperative anus exhaust time，time to get out of bed after surgery and hospitalization time） were compared between the two groups.In addition，the quality of life （Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire，IBDQ） at 15 d after operation and the incidence of complications within 3 d after the operation were analyzed. 　　Results Operation time，intraoperative bleeding volume，postoperative anus exhaust time，time to get out of bed after surgery and hospitalization time of the predictive group were all obviously less than those of the control group（Plt;0.05）.Within 3d after operation，the difference of the occurrence rate of incision infection，postoperative bleeding，dysuresia and LDVT between the two groups was not statistically significant（Pgt;0.05），and the occurrence rate of adhesive intestinal obstruction in the predictive group was significantly lower than that in the control group （Plt;0.05）.At 15 d after operation，each index score and total score of IBDQ of the predictive group were significantly higher than those in the control group（Plt;0.05）. 　　Conclusion Predictive nursing can reduce the incidence of complications after the
