音乐疗法在神经外科昏迷病人中疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的：研究音乐疗法在促进神经外科昏迷病人功能恢复中的作用。方法：2005年1月～2007年12月我院收治130例重型颅脑损伤的昏迷病人，随机分为两组，对照组采取常规治疗方法，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上进行音乐疗法。结果：通过治疗，治疗组清醒病人25例（38.5%），改善31例（47.7%），无效9例（13.8%）；对照组清醒病人49例（75.2%），改善12例（18.5%），无效4例（6.3%）。经过统计分析，两组的治疗效果有非常显著性差异(Ｐ0.01)。通过治疗，对照组10 d后清醒6例（24%），20 d后清醒7例（28%），30 d后清醒12例（48%）；治疗组10 d后清醒19例（38.8%），20 d后清醒17例（34.7%），30 d后清醒13例（26.5%）。结论：通过早期合理的药物治疗与音乐治疗可以促进神经细胞的修复及神经功能的恢复，可以将音乐疗法贯穿于昏迷病人的治疗过程中，促进昏迷病人的恢复。 　　[关键词] 音乐疗法；神经外科；昏迷 　　[中图分类号] R473.74[文献标识码]C [文章编号]1673-7210（2008）05（a）-146-02 　　 　　Curative effect of music therapy to unconscious patients in neurosurgery 　　LIANG Fei-feng 　　（Peoples Hospital of Meixian County of Guangdong Province, Meixian 514011,China） 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study the effection of music therapy in therole of promoting functional recovery about the neurosurgery unconscious patients. Methods： From January 2005 to December 2007， the hospital treated 130 cases of severe head injury in unconscious patients.The patients were randomly divided into two groups， the control group took conventional treatment， the therapy group took the music therapy treatment on the basis of the conventional therapy. Results： Through the treatment， the sober patients in treatment group were 25 cases (38.5%)， the improvement patients were 31 cases (47.7%)， the invalid patients were 9 cases (13.8%). The sober patients in the control group were 49 cases (75.2%)， the improvement patients were 12 cases(18.5%)，the invalid patients were 4 cases (6.3%). Through statistical analysis， the treatment of the two groups had significant difference(P0.01). Through treatment， 6 cases in control group sobered after 10 days (24%)，7 cases sobered after 20 days(28%)， 12 cases sobered after 30 days. 19 cases in treatment group sobered after 10 days (38.8%)， 17 cases sobered after 20 days (34.7%)， 13 cases sobered after 30 days (26.5%) . Conclusion： Early rational drug therapy and music therapy can promote the repairation of nerve cells and the recovery
