鼻内镜手术患者护理干预方式研究 　　摘 要 目的：研究分析鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者的护理干预方式。方法：收集2014年8月―2016年8月收治的慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉患者42例，均予以鼻内镜手术治疗，随机分为常规组和干预组各21例，常规组施予常规护理干预，干预组施予综合性护理干预，观察两组治疗效果，并采用自拟调查问卷表调查患者护理满意情况。结果：干预组治疗总有效率为90.5%（19/21），护理满意度为95.2%，对照组分别为67.7%（14/21）和71.4%，组间差异有统计学意义（P均0.05）。结论：对行鼻内镜手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者予以综合性护理干预，在提高治疗效果的同时，还可提高患者护理满意度，有利于患者术后康复。 　　关键词 鼻窦炎；鼻息肉；护理干预；鼻内镜手术 　　中图分类号：R473.76 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2017）20-0029-02 　　Study of nursing intervention mode for the patients with endoscopic sinus surgery 　　LIU Guoying， XU Yixiang， ZHU Xiaofang（Department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology of Fengcheng People，s Hospital， Fengcheng 331100， Jiangxi Province， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To study and analyze the nursing intervention mode for the patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps that were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods： A total of 42 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps from August 2014 to August 2016 were collected， and all of them were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery， and the patients were randomly divided into a routine group and an intervention group with 21 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing intervention， and the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The curative effects of the two groups were observed and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was investigated by self - made questionnaire. Results： The total effective rate and the nursing satisfaction were 90.5%（19/21） and 95.2% in the intervention group， the total effective rate and the nursing satisfaction were 67.7%（14/21）， and 71.4% in the control group， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion： The comprehensive nursing intervention for the patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery can improve the therapeutic effect and can also improve the satisfaction of the patients， which is helpful for the patient to recover. 　　KEY
