2007―2011年嘉定区恶性肿瘤发病与死亡情况分析 　　摘 要 目的：分析嘉定区恶性肿瘤发病和死亡数据，掌握恶性肿瘤的流行特征，为恶性肿瘤综合防治提供参考。方法：对2007―2011年户籍居民的恶性肿瘤新发病和死亡资料进行统计分析。对所有病例资料采用国际疾病分类编码规则ICD-10进行编码，计算粗发病率、粗死亡率、标化发病率和标化死亡率。结果：2007―2011年共诊断恶性肿瘤病例10841例，粗发病率396.17/10万，标化发病率192.45/10万。全区共有6869人死于恶性肿瘤，死亡率251.02/10万，标化死亡率107.43/10万。恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率随着年龄升高而上升，男性发病率和死亡率均高于女性。结论：恶性肿瘤已成为严重影响嘉定居民健康的主要疾病之一，有关部门应积极制定相应防控对策和措施，做好早期筛查，降低恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率。 　　关键词 恶性肿瘤 发病率 死亡率 　　中图分类号：R730.1 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）02-0050-04 　　Analysis of the incidence and mortality of the malignant tumor in Jiading District from 2007 to 2011 　　HUANG Fang1， ZHANG Yiying1， PENG Hui1， YU Ting2， YUAN Hong1， SHAO Yueqin1， ZHOU Hao1， JI Ying1 　　（1 . Methods： The data of new cancer incidence and mortality of the household residents from 2007 to 2011 were statistically analyzed and then encoded with the International Classification of Diseases （ICD）-10 Coding Rules and the rates of the crude incidence， crude death， standardized incidence and standardized mortality were calculated. Results： A total of 10 841 cases were diagnosed as the malignant tumor from 2007 to 2011 and the rates of the crude incidence and standardized incidence were 396.17 and 192.45 per one hundred thousand. A total of 6 869 people died of the malign tumor， the rates of the death and standardized mortality were 251.02 and 107.43 per one hundred thousand. The malignant tumor incidence and mortality rate increased with the age and the rates of the incidence and mortality were higher in the male than in the female.
