运用反思实践法提高教学手段与学习方法   摘 要:反思实践正日益成为教师教学实践的一个重要部分,它对教学水平的提高和教师本人的专业成长起到了重要的作用,能够不断提高自身教学能力,提高课堂教学效率。   关键词:反思实践法,教与学   Abstract:In education, reflective practice is increasingly becoming an important part of teachers teaching practice, it plays an important role in promoting teaching level and the teachers own professional development.   Key words: reflective practice, teaching and learning   Using reflective practice to enhance teaching and learning method   Ⅰ.Introduction   In education, reflective practice is a kind of teacher research, but the journaling and discussion of your own teaching practices is not the same as doing traditional research. Pennington (1992) says that reflection is viewed as the input for development while also reflection is viewed as the output of development. As Sch?n introduced, in his book The Reflective Practitioner in 1983, reflective practice is a continuous process that involves the practitioners considering their practice in his or her lifes experiences and developing their self-awareness. By reflecting and learning to do their reflection reflexively, we can gain a sense of awareness of ourselves or our actions can be improved upon when a similar situation arises. By making action plan, the reflective practitioner could look at their practice in depth and what they could do differently next time and how they could prepare for this.   Ⅱ.Why teachers need to be reflective practitioners   Teachers professional characteristics decide that teachers occupation makes the educators and the students to become more perfect career. And only when educators conscientiously improve themselves that can be more conducive to the improvement of the students.   Teaching reflection is a beneficial thinking activity and study way, every good teachers growth cannot leave the teaching reflection. If a teacher just content to gain experience without in-depth thinking, even if there is a 20 years of teaching experience, perhaps just a year work 20
