Pennington （1992） says that reflection is viewed as the input for development while also reflection is viewed as the output of development. As Sch？n introduced， in his book The Reflective Practitioner in 1983， reflective practice is a continuous process that involves the practitioners considering their practice in his or her lifes experiences and developing their self-awareness. By reflecting and learning to do their reflection reflexively， we can gain a sense of awareness of ourselves or our actions can be improved upon when a similar situation arises.
