老年2型糖尿病患者并发症种类与特点分析 　　【摘要】 目的 总结分析本院老年2型糖尿病患者并发症的分布特点。方法 206例老年2型糖尿病并发症患者， 总结患者的并发症种类和特点。结果 206例患者中， 以并发高血压和周围神经病变最多， 分别为112例（54.37%）和70例（33.98%）；此外患者并发脑梗死40例（19.42%）；糖尿病肾病38例 　　（18.45%）；脑出血12例（5.83%）；糖尿病性视网膜病变10例（4.85%）；糖尿病足4例（1.94%）。206例患者中合并有1种并发疾病30例（14.56%）；合并有2种并发疾病105例（50.97%）；≥3种并发疾病71例（34.47%）。结论 老年2型糖尿病并发症多以高血压、周围神经病变以及糖尿病肾病等为主， 同时多数患者合并有≥2种并发症， 因此在治疗老年2型糖尿病患者时应综合考虑其并发症， 同时积极预防其并发症的出现， 最终提高老年人生存质量。 　　【关键词】 老年糖尿病；并发症；临床总结分析 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.36.009 　　Analysis of types and characteristics of complications in senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus HUANG Zhi-gang， LUO Wen-ting， HONG Jing-an. Department of Cadre Health Care， Kunming 650032， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and analyze the distribution characteristics of complications in senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital. Methods There were 206 senile patients with complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus， and their types and characteristics of complications were summarized. Results Of 206 patients， hypertension and peripheral neuropathy were the most common， respectively as 112 cases （54.37%） and 70 cases （33.98%）. In addition， there were 40 cases （19.42%） with cerebral infarction， 38 cases （18.45%） with diabetic nephropathy， 12 cases （5.83%） with cerebral hemorrhage， 10 cases （4.85%） with diabetic retinopathy， and 4 cases （1.94%） with diabetic foot. In 206 cases， there were 30 cases with 1 kind of concurrent disease （14.56%）， 105 cases with 2 kinds of concurrent diseases （50.97%）， and 71 cases with 3 or more kinds of concurrent diseases （34.47%）. Conclusion Hypertension， peripheral neuropathy and diabetic nephropathy are the main complications in senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus， and most patients have more than 2 kinds of complications. Therefore， complications should be considered in the treatment of senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus， along with actively preventing the occurrence of complications. So as to improve
