信息化技术优化门急诊输液室护理工作流程与管理 　　[摘要] 目的 分析信息化技术优化门急诊输液室工作流程和管理措施。 方法 2016年1～12月为期1年在门急诊输液室应用移动护理信息系统，通过直观量表评分（VAS）观察门急诊输液室的拥挤度，采用问卷调查方式观察患者的护理满意度和记录研究期间每月护理投诉、差错发生率、药品损耗率，与未干预的2015年相关护理质量比较。 结果 2016年门急诊输液室拥挤程度显著低于2015年（P0.05），2016年患者对护理的满意度显著高于2015年（P0.05），2016年输液室年药品损耗率、护理差错及投诉发生率显著低于2015年（P0.01）。 结论 通过引入移动护理信息系统能够有效降低门急诊输液室的拥挤程度，提高患者对临床护理的满意度，从而减少药品损耗率、护理投诉及差错发生率。 　　[关键词] 信息化技术；门急诊输液室；流程优化；服务质量 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）10-0155-04 　　Optimization of the workflow and management of nursing work in the infusion room of outpatient and emergency by information technology 　　GAO Weiwei1 ZHANG Wanli2 WANG Xiaowei1 　　1.Infusion Room， the First People’s Hospital of Longwan District in Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province， Wenzhou 325024， China； 2.Department of Emergency， the First People’s Hospital of Longwan District in Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province， Wenzhou 325024， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the optimization of the workflow and management measures in the infusion room of outpatient and emergency by information technology. Methods The mobile nursing information system was applied in the infusion room of outpatient and emergency for a year from January to December 2016. The degree of congestion in the infusion room was observed by visualization scale（VAS）， the patients nursing satisfaction was observed by questionnaire， and the incidence rates of complaints， errors and drug loss rate were recorded during the study. The quality of nursing care in 2016 were compared with that of nursing care without intervention in 2015. Results The degree of congestion in the infusion room of emergency in 2016 was significantly lower than that in 2015（P0.05）； the patients satisfaction degree towards nursing in 2016 was significantly higher than that in 2015（P0.05）； the drug loss rate， and the incidence of errors and nursing complaints in the infusion room in 2016 were significantly lower than those in 2015（P0.01）. Conclusion The introduction of mobile nursin
