德国科隆体育学院体育与运动老年学硕士培养特点及其启示 　　摘 要：德国科隆体育学院体育和运动老年学硕士专业定位为培养应用型人才。其培养的主要特点：课程体系采用12个模块化课程结构；课程设置体现“宽口径”，以模块化设置课程；教学模式多样，校、企、研究机构合作办学；重视实践能力的培养。基于德国的经验和我国老年体育专业人才培养现状，得出如下启示：发挥非政府组织的作用，制定《老年体育指导员职业资格标准》；立足老龄社会对老年体育人才的需求，加强老年体育学科建设；开设老年体育专业或方向，构建多元化培养老年体育人才的教育体系。 　　关 键 词：学校体育；体育和运动老年学硕士专业；课程设置；人才培养；德国科隆体育学院 　　中图分类号：G807.4；K516 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-7116（2015）01-0080-04 　　Cultivation of masters of sports for the aged in Koln Sports Institute of 　　Germany and its inspirations 　　DONG Lun-hong，XU Bing，SHEN Gang 　　（School of Physical Education，Changzhou University，Changzhou 213164，China） 　　Abstract： The master major of sports for the aged in Koln Sports Institute of Germany is oriented to cultivating application type talents. Its main characteristics of cultivation are as follows： the curriculum system has 12 modularized curriculum structures； curriculum setup embodies “wide caliber”； teaching modes are diversified， the institute， enterprises and research institutes manage student education in a cooperative way； the institute values the cultivation of practical ability.
