利比里亚维与人员恶性疟疾患者心理分析及对策 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨在利比里亚工作的维和人员患恶性疟疾时存在的不良心理状态，寻求心理干预的措施。方法：对60例患恶性疟疾的维和人员进行分组，A组人员为来自非疟疾流行国，B组人员为来自疟疾流行国，采用问卷方式调查其在疟疾不同阶段存在的心理问题，并给予心理干预。结果：两组观察对象在疟疾治疗的不同阶段均存在不同方面、不同程度的心理问题，来自非疟疾流行国维和人员心理问题存在情况明显高于来自疟疾流行国维和人员，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01），有效的心理干预可明显改善患者的心理状况。结论：维和人员，特别是来自非疟疾流行国的维和人员患恶性疟疾时，在疟疾治疗过程中存在较明显的心理问题，应密切观察，认真分析，并给予心理干预，可提高维和人员恶性疟疾治疗效果，保障维和人员身心健康，为后续赴利医疗分队在疟疾综合治疗方面提供一定帮助。 　　【关键词】 恶性疟疾； 心理分析； 心理干预； 维和人员 　　Psychological Analysis and Methods of 60 Cases of Falciparum Malaria for Liberia Peacekeepers/YANG Bian-zhuan，LI Kun，CHANG Cheng，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（24）：101-104 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the psychological characteristics of falciparum malaria for Liberia peacekeepers and to seek the measures of psychological intervening these problems.Method：Questionnaire survey was performed for psychological characteristics of 60 cases of falciparum malaria for Liberia peacekeepers who were divided into tow groups including group A from non-epidemic country of malaria and group B from epidemic country of malaria and did statistical analysis and psychological intervention.Result：Many of the 60 cases had psychological problems in process of treatment in different stage， asept and degree. There was significant difference in the amount of the patients who had psychological problems between two groups（P0.01），effective psychological intervention could improve the status for patients with falciparum malaria.Conclusion：The patients with falciparum malaria for Liberia peacekeepers ，especially from non-epidemic country of malaria had many psychological problems in process of treatment and it couldn’t be ignore.In order to increase the effect of treatment and guarantee physical and psychoiogical health of peacekeepers， these psychological problems should be observed， analysed and intervened.It will provide some support in treatment of falciparum malaria for next medical contigent. 　　【Key words】 Falciparum malaria； Psychological characteristi
