低能量DPL治疗面部敏感性皮肤疗效观察和分析 　　[摘要]目的：观察低能量精准脉冲光对面部敏感性皮肤患者的治疗作用，并评价其安全性及疗效。方法：通过随机、自身半边脸对照研究，对12例面部敏感性皮肤患者进行观察。一侧面部进行DPL治疗，每1～2周治疗1次，共治疗3～4次，同时全面部用医学护肤品进行严格的保湿、防晒护理。每次治疗前、治疗后及最后一次治疗1周后采集相片，同时用皮肤镜观察血管改变。在治疗前及最后一次治疗后对患者面部两侧的主观症状进行评分；对比红斑面积及色度、左右半侧脸的红斑消退时间，观察治疗侧皮肤镜下毛细血管的变化；并对患者进行满意度评价，在治疗期间及随访时，询问并记录患者不良反应。结果：治疗3～4次后，患者的灼热、瘙痒、疼痛、干皱感及紧绷感较治疗前均有改善，其中灼热感的改善程度在两组间有统计学差异（P0.05）。面部红斑的面积及色度治疗组较对照组有明显改善（P0.05）；且治疗组红斑及灼热症状较对照组消退快；同时治疗3～4次后，治疗组在皮肤镜下可观察到毛细血管变细、有些出现断裂。75%的患者满意度良好，在治疗中疼痛感轻微，治疗后仅部分患者有轻微的短暂性红斑，数小时即可消失。结论：低能量的DPL治疗敏感性皮肤安全度高，对灼热、红斑、毛细血管扩张等效果显著，可作为治疗敏感性皮肤的新方法。 　　[关键词]敏感性皮肤；脉冲光；光调作用；治疗方法；低能量 　　[中图分类号]R616.4 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）22-0033-06 　　Abstract： Objective In this study， we use low-level DPL（Delicate Pulse Light）to treat facial sensitive skin patients and observe the clinical efficacy and safety. Methods 12 patients with facial sensitive skin underwent a split-face study comparing DPL on one side of the face with the controlled group on the other side.Every patient received DPL 3-4 sessions with 1-2 week internals on the treatment side. Images were collected at the baseline and after every treatment by the camera.Evaluations of the efficacy and satisfaction were made at 1 week after the last treatment.Adverse effects were observed during every treatment and follow-up time. Results The improvement of burning feeling on the treatment side was superior to the other side.There were significant distinctions in the erythema area and the color scale of the erythema between the two groups.We can also observed blood capillaries getting thinner in the treatment group by dermatoscope.There was only slight pain during treatment and a few of the patients had post-operation transient erythema and would fade away in few hours.9 patients were satisfied with the result. Conclusion The DPL treatment side is superior to the controlled side.DPL is an effective and safe way to treat facial sensitive skin. 　　Key words：sensitive skin；pluse light；photomodulation；treatment method；low
