上海市宜川街道流动儿童免疫接种现况和分析 　　摘 要 目的：了解上海市宜川街道外来流动儿童免疫接种状况，探讨外来流动儿童免疫规划管理的有效措施和方法。方法：将宜川街道社区卫生服务中心免疫规划软件中的2009年6月―2016年5月0～6岁儿童4 383人的数据导出建立数据库，其中本市2 686人，流动儿童1 697人。比较本市和流动儿童疫苗接种率和及时率。结果：流动儿童迁入和迁出百分比均明显高于本市儿童。流动儿童乙肝、百白破、麻疹疫苗接种率，乙肝、灰苗、百白破、麻疹接种及时率均低于本市儿童（P0.001）。结论：流动儿童的免疫规划管理需要社会多部门共同合作，加强网络信息化管理，不断完善流动儿童管理机制，提高免疫规划接种率。 　　关键词 疫苗； 接种率； 流动儿童 　　中图分类号：R186 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）24-0061-02 　　The situation and analysis of immunization in floating children in Yichuan 　　Community of Shanghai 　　LI Wang， YAO Xinren， CHEN Linbo， CHEN Hui， WANG Chen， WANG Lan（Yichuan Community Health Service Center of Putuo District， Shanghai 200065， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To understand the immunization status of floating children in Yichuan Community， Shanghai to explore the effective measures and methods of immunization planning management for floating children. Methods： The data of 4 383 children from June 2009 to May 2016 in Yichuan Community Health Service Center were exported to establish the database. Among of these children， 2 686 were in the city and 1 697 migrant ones. The vaccination rate and the timely rate were compared in the city and migrant children Results： The percentage of migration and emigration of floating children was significantly higher than that of the children in this city. The immunization rates of hepatitis B， diphtheria， measles vaccination and timely rates of hepatitis B， diphtheria and measles vaccination were all lower than those of the children in this city（ P0.001） .
