Based on the current circumstance of rural ecological civilization and rural tourism development and according to the development conditions of rural tourism in circumjacent countryside of Haikou， this paper aims at the harmonious and interactive development path between them. It proposes that the harmonious and interactive development between rural ecological civilization and rural tourism should be supported by the construction of ecological civilization village， and multiple functions of rural tourism should be emphasized，such as economic development，culture promotion and service for peoples livelihood. By the way of raising the local residents，consciousness of being main part， developing an overall plan of rural tourism， enhancing rural infrastructure，elevating the quality of tourism service and protecting cultural and ecological environment， carrying out ecological compensation of rural tourism and propagating rural tourist products as well， the harmonious and interactive development b
