广州地区638名医学研究生心理健康状况调查和分析 　　【摘要】 目的 了解目前医学研究生的心理健康状况。方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对广州地区638名医学研究生进行调查。结果 约有26.96%的医学研究生存在不同程度心理健康问题，其SCL-90得分比全国常模低，差异有统计学意义。一年级的医学研究生SCL-90的得分低于二、三年级，差异有统计学意义。学过心理知识的医学研究生SCL-90得分低于没学过心理知识的医学研究生，差异有统计学意义。读研期间自感压力很重的医学研究生SCL-90得分高于自感压力比较重和自感压力轻的医学研究生，差异有统计学意义。自感专业就业前景好的医学研究生SCL-90得分最低，其次是自感专业就业前景一般和自感专业就业前景差的医学研究生，差异有统计学意义。结论 广州地区医学院校的研究生总体心理健康状况略优于全国成人水平，但仍有部分医学研究生有心理问题，应予以高度重视并加强心理健康教育。 　　【关键词】 医学研究生；心理健康；症状自评量表；分析 　　 　　An Investigation and Analysis on the Mental Health Status of 638 Medical Postgraduates in Guangzhou District. Huang Junyu, Lin Aihua. Guangzhou Medical College, Guangzhou 510182, P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objectve To investigate the mental health status of medical postgraduates. Methods The investigation was made about 638 medical postgraduates in Guangzhou District by means of the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90). Results 26.96% of the medical postgraduates are found to have various degrees of mental health problems which their score in SCL-90 is lower than that of the whole country and the difference is significant statistically. The score of first-year medical postgraduates in SCL-90 is lower than that of the second-year and third-year medical postgraduates respectively and the difference is significant statistically. The scores of medical postgraduates who have studied psychology are lower than those of medical postgraduates who havent studied psychology and their difference are statistically significant. The scores of medical postgraduates with great self-felt pressure during their years of graduate study are higher than those of medical postgraduates with greater or lower self-felt pressure and their difference are significant statistically. The scores of medical postgraduates who have a good expectation of their prospect of employment are the lowest in SCL-90, followed next by those medical postgraduates with average expectation of their prospect of employment and those with a bad expectation of their prospect of employmen
