支原体肺炎合并胸腔积液患儿血清和胸腔积液炎性指标变化研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究支原体肺炎合并胸腔积液患儿血清与胸腔积液炎性指标变化情况。方法：选取2011年8月-2013年4月于本院进行治疗的28例支原体肺炎合并胸腔积液患儿为A组，28例单纯支原体肺炎患儿为B组，28名健康体检儿童为C组，然后将三组儿童的血清与胸腔积液IL-6、IL-2及TNF-α水平进行比较。结果：A组与B组的血清与胸腔积液IL-6及TNF-α水平均高于C组，A组则高于B组，A组和B组的血清及胸腔积液IL-2低于C组，A组则低于B组，A组中大量积液患儿上述指标波动大于少量及中等量积液者，差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：支原体肺炎合并胸腔积液患儿血清与胸腔积液炎性指标呈现异常情况，可将其作为了解肺炎及胸腔积液发展转归的指标。 　　【关键词】 支原体肺炎； 胸腔积液； 血清； 炎性指标 　　Study on the Change of Serum and Pleural Effusion Inflammatory Markers of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia and Pleural Effusion/LUAN Jin.//Medical Innovation of China，2014，11（01）：025-026 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the change situation of serum and pleural effusion inflammatory markers of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and pleural effusion.Method：28 children with mycoplasma pneumonia and pleural effusion in our hospital from August 2011 to April 2013 were the group A， 28 children with only mycoplasma pneumonia were the group B， 28 healthy children were the group C， then the serum and pleural effusion IL-6，IL-2 and TNF-αof three groups were compared.Result：The serum and pleural effusion IL-6and TNF-αof group A and group B were all higher than those of group C， those of group A were higher than those of group B， serum and pleural effusion IL-2 of group A and group B were lower than that of group C， that of group A was lower than that of group B， the fluctuation of those indexes of group A with large effusion were bigger than those of mild and moderate effusion， there were all significant differences （P0.05）.Conclusion：The serum and pleural effusion inflammatory markers of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and pleural effusion show an abnormal condition，and they can be the indexes of understanding the development and prognosis of mycoplasma pneumonia and pleural effusion . 　　【Key words】 Mycoplasma pneumonia； Pleural effusion； Serum； Inflammatory markers 　　First-author’s address：The Women and Children’s Hospital of Xingcheng City，Xingcheng 125100，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.
