高校公寓文化建设和大学生思想政治教育实效性探究 　　摘 要 高校公寓文化建设是校园文化建设的重要组成部分，也是大学生思想政治教育必不可少的环节。作为大学生思想政治教育工作的最前线，公寓文化建设承载着重要的思想教育功能，同时也是营造优良育人环境、全面推进素质教育的重要举措。由于新时期下高校公寓文化建设受各种环境的影响，又面临新形势下的诸多挑战，高校在宿舍管理中宣传发扬公寓文化建设、在文化建设中有效促进大学生思想政治教育等工作，仍然面临一些问题和挑战。本文通过研究高校公寓文化的内涵及特征，对比公寓文化建设和大学生思想政治教育的相互作用，总结提升大学生思想政治教育实效性的相关策略。 　　关键词 公寓文化 思想政治教育 实效性 　　中图分类号：G41 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/j.cnki.kjdkx.2017.07.027 　　The Construction of Apartment Culture in Colleges and Universities and 　　the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education 　　WANG Zongliang 　　（College of Literature and Communication， Hengshui University， Hengshui， Hebei 053000） 　　Abstract The construction of apartment culture is an important part of campus culture construction， and it is also an essential part of College Students Ideological and political education. The College Dormitory Cultural Construction in the new period under various environmental impacts， but also faces many challenges under the new situation， to carry forward the propaganda of university apartment culture construction and promote college students Ideological and political education work in the cultural construction in the dormitory management， still face some problems and challenges.
