竞争情报人才需求和高校教育状况对照分析 　　[摘 要]从企业对竞争情报人才的需求与高校人才培养两个角度出发,以长三角地区上海、南京、杭州作为调查范围,对竞争情报人才的供需状况进行调查,并作对照分析。发现:①企业对竞争情报专业人才能力的要求主要体现在数据的敏感性,情报搜集与分析能力,组织、沟通和协调能力等方面;②提高各岗位人员竞争情报素质已成为企业的一种普遍需求;③高校关于竞争情报专业人才的培养课程设置欠完整,普遍缺乏实践教学,缺乏相关法律教育。最后提出竞争情报教育的普及教育与专业教育同样重要,专业教育重在完善教育体系,普及教育重在加强竞争情报意识与情报收集分析技能。 　　[关键词]竞争情报;人才;需求;高校;教育 　　DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1008-0821.2010.07.034 　　[中图分类号]G351 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-0821(2010)07-0119-04 　　The Comparative Analysis of University Education and Demand 　　Conditions of Competitive Intelligence Professionals 　　――Taking Shanghai,Nanjing,Hangzhou Cities as the ExamplesXu Meifeng Ding Yuanming Su Zhen 　　(Information School,Nanjing University of Finance Economics,Nanjing 210046,China) 　　[Abstract]The condition of supply and demand of competitive intelligence professionals is investigated,comprised and analyzed in Shanghai,Nanjing and Hangzhou city in Yangtze River Delta.It is observed that:①the professionals that enterprises need should have data sensibility,the ability of collecting and analyzing intelligence,organizing survey,and the ability of communicating and coordination etc;②to improve the competitive intelligence literacy of the staff has become a universal demand of enterprises;③the competitive intelligence professionals training curriculum of the universities was less complete,and lack of practice teaching,lack of the relevant legal education generally.Based on the status,the project is put forward that competitive intelligence universal education is important as well as professional education,and professional education should be focused on improving the education system,and universal education be focused on strengthening the consciousness of competitive intelligence and the ability of information search and analysis. 　　[Keywords]competitive intelligence;professionals;demand;university;education 　　 　　在经济竞争全球化的环境中,竞争情报已经成为企业生存与发展不可忽略的因素。开展竞争情报教育,为企业竞争情报工作提供理论和方法指导,输送竞争情报人才,是企业的现实需求,也是教育面向市场的要求。 　　那么,企业需要的竞争情报人才应具有哪些能力与素质?院校对竞争情报人才的培养是
