随机抽查我院1 000张中药处方质量调查和分析 　　[摘要] 目的:了解实行最新的《处方管理办法》后我院中医门诊处方书写质量,分析处方中常见的处方质量问题。促进处方书写规范化、标准化,推动临床合理用药,保障医疗安全。方法:随机抽查我院2008年6月～2009年3月1 000张门诊处方(每月各100张)进行分析,并对不合格处方进行分类统计分析。结果:不合格处方有232张,占抽查处方的23.2%,其中书写不规范的处方有113张,不合理用药的处方有119张,其中有8张处方存在既有书写不规范又有用药不合理的问题。并且发现不规范处方多集中于个别医生。结论:我院门诊中药处方中存在问题较多,根据情况应加大《处方管理办法》的实施力度,加强处方的监督检查,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。 　　[关键词] 合理用药;中药处方;处方管理 　　[中图分类号]R197.32 [文献标识码] C[文章编号] 1673-7210(2010)01(a)-158-03 　　 　　Quality investigation and analysis 1 000 Traditional Chinese Medicine prescription choosed randomly in our hospital 　　CHEN Wenbin, QIU Wenge 　　(Depterment of Pharmacy, Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital, Guangdong Province, Huizhou 516001, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To promote the standardization of prescription writing, advance rational drug use and promote the clinical safe, the understanding implements newly prescription management way Chinese Medicine out-patient service prescription writing quality, and analyze of the common quality problems of prescription. Methods: Randomly choosed1 000 Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) prescription from June 2008 to March 2009(100 per month) for analysis, and carried on classification to the doubt prescription. Results: The prescription had failed 232, accounting for 23.2% of the prescription spot checks, which did not regulate prescription writing were 113 and irrational prescription drugs were 119, including 8 existing prescription written there wrere not standardized drug unreasonable question.
